Ground Rules for Mentoring
This was implemented during the COVID period The learning pods will be coordinated by the Head of Sciences Department in the respective schools who will work with teachers of the STEM subjects. The teachers will select learners with low grades at the entry level and prepare sessions outside normal learning hours to help them improve in their weak areas with monitoring being done with the program coordinator.
- Mobile learning spaces for additional support in STEM education
- Established with community leaders & implemented by Kenya certified teachers to align with local high school curriculum
- Length of Pod varies depending on location, ranging from 4 weeks to 5 months
